— Via a guide request or the newsletter: email address, with your explicit consent (double opt-in)
No data is collected automatically for profiling or advertising purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to reply to your messages, send you the guide you requested, and deliver the newsletter you subscribed to.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to contact@domaformalis.com.
5. Retention periods
— Contact data: 12 months from the last exchange
— Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
— Guide requests: 12 months
Beyond these periods, your data is permanently deleted.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible only to the site's publisher.
It is technically processed by our service providers under GDPR-compliant agreements: Vercel Inc. (hosting — privacy policy), Supabase (database) and our email delivery provider.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, in accordance with the GDPR.
8. Cookies
The site only uses technical storage required for its operation: language preference (localStorage). No advertising cookies, no tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
No consent is required for storage strictly necessary to the site's operation.
9. Security
We implement appropriate measures to protect your data: secure HTTPS/TLS connection, restricted data access, secure hosting.
