The website domaformalis.com is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access.
The publisher endeavours to keep the website accessible at all times, but cannot be held responsible for interruptions related to maintenance, technical failures or events beyond its control.
4. Services offered
Domaformalis offers digital courses in PDF format in the following areas: languages (Spanish, French, Bulgarian, English), office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), multimedia, artificial intelligence and social media.
The website also offers free resources (cheat sheets, useful links, practical tips) accessible without prior purchase.
5. Order and delivery
Courses are ordered via the contact form or any other means indicated on the website.
After confirmation of the order and receipt of payment, the course is sent by e-mail in PDF format, generally within 24 hours (working days).
The customer is responsible for providing a valid e-mail address. In the event of an incorrect address, a new delivery may be made upon request.
6. Prices and payment
Course prices are indicated in euros (€) and are communicated on request via the contact form.
Payment is made according to the arrangements agreed during the exchange.
VAT not applicable — SOC TRADE BULGARIA EOOD is not subject to French VAT.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium (PDF) whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
By accepting the immediate delivery of the course by e-mail, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
However, in the event of a technical issue (corrupted file, delivery error), we undertake to resend the course as quickly as possible.
8. Intellectual property
